Constructed from durable stainless steel, the LE Series guarantees exceptional longevity and trouble-free operation. The dumpers are built from tube or channel materials, enabling them to handle dumping at heights of up to 60 inches with a 6-inch reach out and a 45-degree dump angle.

Customization options are available, including stationary or portable frames, allowing users to choose the configuration that best suits their requirements. For added convenience, the LE-2 variant features a two-stage carriage to separate a wooden pallet from a cardboard box during the dump cycle. This design prevents contamination and maintains the integrity of the products during the dump cycle.

High Lift Dumpers

MTC H-LE Series Hydraulic Dumpers (models H-LE and H-LE-2)

For over four decades, the MTC High Lift Dumpers have set the benchmark in the food industry. The MTC Model H-LE Series Hydraulic Dumpers are specifically engineered for heavy-duty dumping tasks weighing up to 4,000 lbs. These dumpers feature a unique curve top design, enabling efficient discharge even in areas with low ceilings. With an impressive extension of 20 inches beyond the stationary frame, they offer enhanced reach.

The H-LE dumper is a standard angle and channel construction design that minimizes floor contact, along with 100% seal welds for easy sanitation. With a 45-degree dump angle, the H-LE is capable of lifting and dumping products at heights up to 130 inches. To ensure product integrity, the H-LE-2 model features a two-piece carriage that separates the combo carton from the palter during the dumping process, mitigating the risk of contamination.

Like all of our dumping equipment, safety is a top priority in the design of these dumpers. They come equipped with a railroad-style safety gate that includes a magnetic safety switch, providing reliable protection.

Column Dumpers

MTC HLC-2 Series Column Dumpers (models HLC-2-STD, HLC-2 SHD, HLC-2 HD)

For more than 25 years, the meat processing industry has relied on the MTC Model HLC-2 Column Dumpers for efficient and reliable dumping of large quantities of products at dump angles of up to 60 degrees. Renowned for their superior construction, the MTC Model HLC-2 Column Dumpers offer a perfect blend of efficiency and dependability. These column dumpers are available in Standard, Semi-Heavy Duty, and Heavy-Duty models, capable of lifting and dumping product weighing up to 1000 lbs. Each dumper is equipped with a safety feature (anti-drop lock) that prevents the carriage from free-falling in the event of chain failure. Various cart and barrel carriage options are available for the dumpers, while the heavier models offer additional cart support such as case bands and ceiling supports.
